The base commercial rate for expansion was ₹300 per SKU. Initially, the larger expansion requirement went up to 288 SKUs. That means the raw value of the work at base pricing would be: 288 × ₹300 = ₹86,400.
After the second iteration and internal revision, the finalized count was capped to 247 SKUs. Even then, the adjusted raw value at base pricing would still be: 247 × ₹300 = ₹74,100.
However, despite this higher preparation and execution effort, we have strategically offered a final flat commercial closure of only ₹40,000 + GST as a relationship-based and goodwill-driven decision.
